Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Exeter is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will ensure all club equipment is fully functioning, support member safety and deliver an excellent experience every day.

The role requires hands-on technical skills (carpentry/plumbing/electrical work), a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar), and a full driving licence to travel between clubs within the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Essential Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between clubs within your region.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect club equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Support member safety and deliver an excellent experience for members.
• Travel between clubs within the region as needed.
