Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our club facilities in top condition, ensuring safety and an excellent member experience every day. You’ll apply skills in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work to repair, service and improve equipment and building fabric across our venues.

A full driving licence is preferred to travel between clubs within the region. Pool plant operators qualification (STA or similar) is required, and you’ll join a team dedicated to a thriving,

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Pool plant operators qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within the region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club facilities and equipment to ensure safety.
• Repair, service and improve building fabric across venues.
• Respond to maintenance requests to support 7-day operations.

About you:

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential

• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)

• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region

• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
