As a Maintenance Operative, you will provide proactive and responsive repair and maintenance services to ensure high-quality living standards for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs in plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting, and decorating, supervising subcontractors as needed.
• Complete reactive maintenance promptly and to high standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety for residents.
• Manage health and safety records and conduct safety checks, including PPM and visual safety inspections.
• Support risk assessments and escalate safety concerns.
• Carry out redecoration, repairs, building audits, and apartment preparations.
• Assist with CapEx works, emergency responses, and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with management for event preparations and compliance.

Skills & Attributes:

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in trades advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Organized, problem-solver, and able to work under pressure.

Working Hours:
