Job Purpose:
Do you have a qualified technical background that can be applied to managing a first-class repairs service in our housing stock? Do you have a background of managing contractors? Can you drive performance and manage budgets? Do you have good organisational and IT skills? Do you ensure our customer is always satisfied?
As the Maintenance Officer for Queens Cross Housing Association, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that we provide a high-quality repairs service in our 4,400 properties. Social housing experience would be an advantage but it is not essential - we are looking for candidates that understand the importance of good customer service, contract management, and providing the best service possible whilst ensuring value for money.
