A leading educational institution is seeking a Maintenance Officer to support its Estates department. We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance officer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy customer-focused Estates department.
In this role you will support a proactive maintenance service that meets the needs of the college now and in the future, being innovative in approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department.
The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts are rotated between the team, hours will be discussed at interview. While your main days of work will be Monday‑Friday, you may be required to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday to cover events such as open days.
