My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and technical operations of a luxury boutique hotel in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
2. Manage and maintain the hotel's fixtures, fittings, building systems, and facilities.
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs.
4. Lead a small team and coordinate external contractors for routine and project-based work.
