Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and mentor an established engineering team at its Leicestershire site. You will drive continuous improvement to improve asset reliability and collaborate with production, hygiene and H&S functions.

The role requires an experienced manager with a background in engineering/manufacturing or FMCG and a relevant engineering qualification, offering a strong benefits package and security.

Qualifications

• Experienced Manager with leadership in engineering/manufacturing settings.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Relevant Engineering qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mentor and lead an established team of engineers.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to improve asset reliability.
• Ensure data is recorded and reported for audits and PPMs.
• Manage 3rd-party contractors and set working standards.
• Assist project teams with short and long-term engineering projects.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across the site and drive root cause analysis.
• Lead the team using KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with technical, production, hygiene and H&S teams to build strong relationships.
