You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, and manage staffing and onboarding while maintaining a safety‑first culture across all departments.

Longleat is looking for an interim Maintenance Manager who can be a hands-on leader and inspire a multi-skilled maintenance team, drive high standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.by keeping one of Britain’s most iconic safari parks and estates running at its very best.
From planned preventative maintenance and compliance to project delivery and operational efficiency, no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with departments across the estate, leading with energy, professionalism and a strong safety-first mindset.

Key duties
Your contract
This is a full-time contract, working 40 hours over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends and bank and public holidays (and on rare occasions evenings).
