Job summary

Longleat Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly organised Sales Advisor for a part-time fixed-term maternity contract until February 2026. The role covers weekends on a 7-day rota, totalling 16 hours per week across two days.

You will engage with guests, drive conversions and support the Commercial Team with revenue targets while delivering Longleat’s legendary experiences to visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience of working to revenue targets.
• Experience in delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience of providing administrate support within a professional organisation dealing in internal and external clients.
• Managing time effectively.
• MS Office skills including Excel.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic and goal driven Sales Advisor to join our Commercial Team on a part-time, fixed term basis, to cover Maternity Leave.

You will play a pivotal role in helping us reach new audiences and deliver unique, unforgettable experiences that only Longleat can offer. If you are looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic sales environment, set within a beautiful and historic location, this may be for you!

The Commercial team deepens our reach into the visitor market and helps convert visitor interest into guest experiences that include VIP tours, luxury accommodation, groups, education, business partnerships and so much more.

Reporting to the Commercial Business Development Manager, your role will involve a proactive approach to guest enquiries that will see maximum conversion into engagements with Longleat.

You’ll have:

• Experience of working to revenue targets
• Experience in delivering and exceeding sales targets
• Experience of providing administrate support within a professional organisation dealing in internal and external clients
• Managing time effectively
• MS office skills including excel

Your contract:

You will be employed on a fixed term maternity contract until February 2026.

These hours form part of a job share, and you'll be working 16 hours per week (2 days a week) on a 7 day rota basis including weekends.
