Axiom Hospitality at DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor in Wokingham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee upkeep, energy conservation and facilities management. The role is hands-on, delivering a seamless guest experience.

You will lead the maintenance team, liaise with contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive improvements in hospitality operations. The position offers a 40-hour week, permanent contract, and employee benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and management of all areas of the hotel, including energy conservation. You will use your leadership skills to inspire your team and provide a seamless guest experience every time.

Your role

The role requires someone who will be hands-on with repair and general maintenance. You will meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. The right candidate, therefore, must be organised, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager.
