DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor in Wokingham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, maintenance and management of all hotel areas.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure energy conservation and deliver a seamless guest experience through proactive facilities management. The role demands strong leadership, reliability and excellent communication with contractors, with a focus on safety, compliance and delivering on deadlines.

• Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Attention to the smallest details.
• Good understanding of compliance in hospitality and hotels.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers.

• Computer literacy is also a key for the compliance and audit part of the role.

On the edge of Wokingham nestled within 25 acres of exquisitely landscaped gardens and mature woodland, DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor offers a peaceful retreat on the edge of the historic market town of Wokingham. Elegantly positioned between the M3 and M4 corridors, and within effortless reach of Bracknell and Reading, the hotel combines timeless countryside charm with exceptional accessibility. We have 170 bedrooms, 8 meeting and events suites where we are able to fulfil your needs whether it be a meeting, social event or wedding.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and management of all areas of the hotel, including energy conservation. You will use your leadership skills to inspire your team and provide a seamless guest experience every time.

Your role

The role requires someone who will be hands-on with repair and general maintenance and management experience. You will meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. The right candidate, therefore, must be organised, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager.
