Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a 5-engineer team in a fast-paced production facility. The role covers reactive and preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, and safety briefings to maintain continuous operations.

Our client is a well-known fast-paced manufacturer, part of a larger group in the UK. They are now looking for a maintenance manager to run their new shift in their fast-paced production facility.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 5 engineers
• Managing contractors
• Reactive and Preventative maintenance
• Conducting toolbox talks
• Root cause analysis and fault-finding

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or higher
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience as a maintenance manager, maintenance supervisor, maintenance team leader or in a similar role.
• Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• PLC Fault-finding experience (Desired)
• 18
