The client's engineering team comprises over 60 engineers. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the maintenance team across several fast-moving production lines.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Reducing plant downtime and enhancing operational efficiency
• Identifying training and support needs
• Contractor management, work permits, etc.
• Managing budgets for projects while adhering to health and safety regulations

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of maintenance or engineering management experience
• Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in a maintenance discipline
• Preferably experience within a food/FMCG environment
