Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site. You will lead the on-site engineering team, own day-to-day maintenance, and drive improvements to reliability and performance.

A hands-on leader who can build capability and deliver major projects is required. Based in Northamptonshire, the role focuses on reducing downtime, proactive maintenance, and fostering a proactive engineering culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar engineering leadership role within manufacturing
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Strong maintenance, reliability and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to take ownership and drive improvements
• Food manufacturing experience would be advantageous

I'm working with a fast-paced food manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of its engineering function.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading from the front and building a team that can make a real difference.

The business has some significant projects on the horizon, so alongside keeping the site running, you'll play a key role in improving engineering capability and delivering longer-term improvements.
