Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function on a busy Northamptonshire site, owning day-to-day maintenance and major improvement projects.

You will build a high-performing team, drive reliability, and work closely with production to keep the site moving and deliver long-term capability gains.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar engineering leadership role within manufacturing.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• Strong maintenance, reliability and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to take ownership, challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
• Food manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

I'm working with a fast-paced food manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of its engineering function.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading from the front and building a team that can make a real difference.

The business has some significant projects on the horizon, so alongside keeping the site running, you'll play a key role in improving engineering capability and delivering longer-term improvements.
