Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager oversees the Engineering Team to ensure all hotel operations are maintained at the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering and maintenance operations
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on maintenance priorities
• Develop safety and health procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage budgets for Capital and Repairs & Maintenance
