Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at Derby Mickleover Hotel, part of the Signature Collection by Best Western. The successful candidate will ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition, managing staff, maintenance activities, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily activities, manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure high standards of work.
2. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement programs to maintain equipment and facilities.
3. Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy usage, implementing energy-saving initiatives.
