As a Maintenance Manager in our Leisure team, you will be responsible for providing diverse professional services to ensure that the facilities are always fully Statutory and Contract Compliant.
You will regularly review utility data and analyze it to reduce national grid energy consumption, optimize ‘green energy systems’ production by managing the building’s gas and electromechanical plant, and ensure the building fabric is maintained for maximum efficiency.
