AccountabilitiesIn this dynamic role, you'll be part of a manufacturing facility leadership team, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You'll monitor and maintain adherence to cGMP, SHE, Fiscal, and Business procedures. Your responsibility will extend to optimising asset contribution to OEE through world-class asset care processes. You'll provide expert mentorship on assets, asset care, performance, and variability. We expect you to deliver Asset Care capability and data-driven improvements to support our business strategy. As a leader, you'll inspire your team to understand and passionately contribute to our collective success.
