We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our fun and dynamic team. This role is based at our Point A Hotel Liverpool Street, which has 212 rooms.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record and experience in delivering a well-maintained and safe environment, acting as the first point of contact and being accountable for reactive and planned maintenance tasks within the hotel.
This role reports to the hotel manager and is supported by a cluster maintenance manager and an experienced support team from across the estate.
The working pattern is rota-based, totaling 40 hours per week.
Hands-on experience in resolving maintenance issues in a customer-focused environment is essential.
Experience managing a varied subcontractor team to deliver cost-effective, first-time solutions is also a key attribute.
