An established UK manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to strengthen its engineering function and drive improvements in asset performance, equipment reliability and production efficiency.
This is a senior, hands‑on opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working where maintenance, manufacturing, data and continuous improvement come together.
You’ll play a key role in improving the reliability of critical production assets, reducing unplanned downtime and developing a more proactive approach to maintenance across a multi‑site manufacturing environment.
Working closely with engineering, production and quality teams, you’ll use maintenance data, engineering knowledge and structured problem‑solving techniques to identify recurring failures and deliver sustainable improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll be an experienced multi‑skilled engineer, maintenance professional or reliability specialist with a strong background in a manufacturing environment.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience of automated or high‑volume manufacturing, although experience from other complex production environments will be considered.
You’ll ideally have:
