We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance across our fridge recycling operation. You'll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage a skilled team, and ensure our plant runs safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead all maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, performance, and compliance, while collaborating closely with the production team to ensure successful outcomes. Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Conduct and review hazard cards, inspections, and support health and safety investigations
• Work closely with the SHEQ team to identify and implement improvements
• Manage day-to-day shift activities, performance reviews, and team communications
• Oversee planned maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and maximise plant efficiency
• Utilise CMMS to track and improve uptime and maintenance performance
• Monitor and report on KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure optimal operation of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Support operations during outages, installations, and upgrades

About You:
You’ll have a strong background in maintenance leadership within a fast-paced, industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Apprentice-trained with ONC/HNC or equivalent in engineering
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
• Skilled across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Proven team leadership with experience in performance, development, and resource planning
• Strong knowledge of CMMS and modern maintenance tools
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Familiar with mobile plant and fixed processing equipment
