The Role

Seeking a motivated and experienced mechanical and electrical engineer to lead a small in-house maintenance department.

They are seeking an experienced engineer to minimise equipment downtime, implement a computerized maintenance management system, and improve their current preventive maintenance programme.

The plant requires a wide spectrum of maintenance activities covering Mechanical, Electrical, and Robotics.

Ensure day-to-day maintenance is carried out on manufacturing and ancillary equipment.

Deal with breakdowns as they arise, in line with production priorities.

The Candidate

• Strong man management experience
• Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical equipment experience
• Willing to remain hands-on while leading the maintenance team
• Continuous improvement experience is highly beneficial
• Proven experience in a production environment
• Engineering qualifications are advantageous

The Package

Offering up to £60,000 per annum.
