SAP SF Maintenance Manager, UK, Nordics, and PT

AsSAP SF Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Group HR function.This Team is rolling out global processes and concepts supported by SAP SuccesFactors as well as improving and maintaining existing functionalty. It works closely with process owners, process specialists, local HR, HR tech specialists to deliver the best possible solutions to the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with local stakeholders to maintain optimal functioning of Bauer Media Group’s HR Systems – primarily SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
  • Prepare processes and systems for rollout of new global HR technology.
  • Identify training needs and provide system training including user training manuals for the HR Community.
  • Collaborate with the HRTeam to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Faciliate local HR and Business Users: issue resolution, change impact, release management and solution optimization and improvement.
  • Support the HR organization and business with managing permissions, access, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
  • Manage the HR Key User Community and coordinate the change and improvement process from ideation, approval, realization to testing and implementation.
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between local and global HR, Technology, and other stakeholders for HR system solutions.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of trends and developments in HR data management, security and compliance of HR technology and Employee Experience with a focus on SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

Your profile

  • You have a completed degree and minimum five to seven years of working experience within an comparable international Corporate framework.
  • Your HR Process Knowledge (HR Data Administration, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management) makes a difference.
  • You are able to maintain the SAP SuccessFactorsmodules Employee Central, Recruiting, and Reporting, while supporting rollout in other functionalities. Furthermore, knowledgein SAP HCM (PA, OM) would be helpful.
  • Youshould have a background in HR Operations and/or Service Management.
  • You are a self-starter, collaborator, and a proactive problem solver who is able to deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • You keep an eye on details and areresistantto ambiguity.
  • You are a great communicator in English
