What will you be doing?

• Leading and managing all maintenance operations to ensure smooth park functioning.
• Planning and overseeing repair schedules and groundwork, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training a high-performing maintenance team.
• Tracking maintenance activities, including time, costs, and materials.
• Ensuring safety and readiness of equipment and tools, complying with Health & Safety standards.
• Building strong relationships with guests and owners by addressing maintenance concerns professionally and promptly.
• Handling the siting and relocation of holiday homes and coordinating with contractors to meet project goals.
• Supporting safeguarding and safety policies on-site.
