Job summary

Osborne Appointments is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead a small team across a multi-site operation in Buckingham. This is a site-based, hands-on leadership role with coaching responsibilities, process improvements and regular inspections to drive a proactive maintenance culture.

You will champion health and safety, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and build strong relationships across the business while delivering high standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Maintenance leadership experience.
• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Location:Buckingham (fully site based)

Hours:Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility required)

Salary:£40,000 - £42,500 per annum DOE
