Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, working with household names such as Rolls Royce and Airbus, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager help us continue our Journey. Based in our site in Chard, easily commutable from Ilminster, Yeovil, Exeter.

Our site employs a hardworking team of around 135 employees and is situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside, within easy commuting distance from Ilminster, Taunton, Axminster, Yeovil, Exeter, Langport, Bridgwater and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Maintenance Manager you will lead and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and apprentices, while implementing preventative maintenance programmes and effective procedures. Control budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Support quality initiatives, maintain longs and drive performance through sustained KPIs and continuous improvement.
