My client is a leading Maintenance Contractor based in Manchester, with over 100 years of established reputation. They offer excellent benefits and job security. Currently, they are recruiting a Maintenance Joiner for a permanent position, working on maintenance projects for Commercial and Retail properties across the North West.

The role involves reactive maintenance and small works in commercial properties such as retail stores and offices across the North West. A van is provided for work purposes.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent. Applicants must be able to provide copies of certificates and referees.

The salary is up to £34,000, including a van and fuel card. A clean driving license is required for the use of the company van.
