Maintenance Joiner – North West

Location: North West (occasional work in Staffordshire, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Holidays: 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + paid birthday off
Package: Mercedes van (fully equipped, no personal use), paid travel time, overtime rates, government pension, mobile phone after 6-month probation

The Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join a busy team working across commercial properties such as offices, retail parks, and industrial estates. You will carry out a range of joinery tasks and occasional general maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and repair of doors, kitchens, skirting boards, ceiling tiles, and similar.

• Supporting wider maintenance works such as rip-outs when required.

• Working independently to complete tasks to a high standard and within time constraints.

• Using a mobile device to record job updates and completion reports.

• Maintaining a professional approach on client sites.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent) – Essential

• Proven background in joinery and maintenance work.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Competent with mobile technology for job management.
