We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced plasterer to join our maintenance and responsive repairs trade team in Sheffield, S35 9YR.

Position Details:

• Salary: £30,689 - £33,135
• Permanent, Full Time
• 37 hours per week
• Driving license essential

About the Role:

You will work for our Home Maintenance Team, providing responsive and planned repairs in customers' homes and properties owned or maintained by SYHA. The role involves working independently or in small teams, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in all methods of plastering; rendering experience is advantageous.
• Ability to undertake repairs and full room plastering.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to recommend repairs.
• Flexibility to carry out minor repairs requiring other trades skills.
• Full driving license and confidence to drive company vehicles.
• Knowledge of digital work solutions and online applications.
