Job description

Multi-skilled Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter required, initially on a 6-month contract.

Duties

1. Carry out work in void (empty) properties.
2. Must have own vehicle and tools.
3. Support the Repairs Team Leaders to help CBC achieve its vision and business objectives.
4. Drive and develop the service to achieve and maintain top quartile performance in all categories.
5. Deliver high-quality customer standards and contribute to achieving and retaining the customer service excellence standard.
6. Perform a wide range of joinery work related to CBC's business activities.
7. Undertake all work to recognized standards with minimal health and safety risks.
8. Provide an effective and fair service to all users, without discrimination.
