Domestic Electric Vehicle Charging Point Installer

Electrician – Commercial Projects (UK Based)

Salary: £37,500 (includes £5,000 overnight premium). Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Proof of qualifications will be required upon application. This is a UK‑wide role – the ability and willingness to work away from the home office are essential.

Electrical Lecturer & Assessor (Full Training Provided)

Maintenance & Installation Electrician – Full Time

This is a full‑time role covering reactive maintenance as well as 1st and 2nd fix installation work. You must be confident in fault‑finding, testing, completing repairs, and producing clear after‑care reports following each visit.

  • Attend sites to diagnose, repair, and test electrical systems.
  • Carry out 1st and 2nd fix installation work as required.
  • Complete after‑care reports with findings, actions taken, and recommendations.
  • Perform electrical testing in accordance with current regulations.
  • Manage a daily schedule of planned and reactive tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, property managers and office staff.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Examples of Common Issues
  • Extractor‑fan faults and ongoing ventilation issues.
  • Plug sockets in communal areas repeatedly tripping.
  • Streetlights not working.
  • Switches tripping circuits in lounges and kitchens.
  • Fuses in cupboards tripping frequently.
  • Communal/stairwell doors with non‑working fob entry systems.
  • General small electrical defects across apartments and common areas.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (essential).
  • Testing & Inspection qualification.
  • Strong fault‑finding skills and confidence with testing.
  • Experience in both installations and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently with good communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Permanent Maintenance Electrician – Field Based
  • 18th Edition Electrical Qualification.
  • Valid JIB Gold Card.
  • Ability to install CCTV & Access Controls & Fire Alarms Systems.
  • Data Cable Installation experience.
Permanent Electrician Maintenance Engineers – Field Based
  • 18th Edition Electrical Qualification.
  • Valid JIB Gold Card.
  • Install CCTV, Access Controls, Fire Alarms, and Data Cable.
Trainee Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor
