Maintenance Handyperson

My client is a leading FM provider currently recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson to work at a high-end client in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Responsibilities:

1. Perform all planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
2. Carry out basic carpentry, including changing locks, door handles, digi locks, and door closures.
3. Handle basic plumbing tasks such as changing taps, toilet furniture, clearing blockages, and testing temporary taps.
4. Assist with painting, general office moves, and support engineers with day-to-day maintenance tasks.

Working hours: 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £38,000, with overtime and company benefits.
