Job summary

Novotel Wolverhampton is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends. Responsibilities include daily bedroom and bathroom maintenance and general public areas upkeep.

You will perform basic plumbing and carpentry tasks, conduct visual H&S checks and support a preventive maintenance program to keep the hotel in top condition. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Ideally Level 1 or 2 Health and Safety.
• Experience in hotel maintenance is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Daily bedroom and bathroom maintenance, including some painting.
• General maintenance in public areas.
• Visual health and safety checks to ensure compliance.
• Preventive maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.

Job Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel.

Daily bedroom & bathroom maintenance, including painting and decorating

General daily maintenance tasks in public areas

Visual H&S checks to ensure compliance

Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard throughout,

Basic plumbing and carpentry skills

Qualifications

Ideally Level 1or 2 Health and Safety.
