Job Description

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that is looking for a mobile Maintenance Handyman to cover planned and preventative maintenance across 16 buildings in Greater Manchester. Our client seeks an experienced handyman with maintenance expertise to join their team.

The Maintenance Handyman role involves working 40 hours a week, from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime and on-call duties are also available. Please note, a high-level vetting check will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and preventative maintenance
• Carry out fabric duties
• Diagnose and rectify fabric faults
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Build relationships with clients on-site

Requirements

• Experienced Maintenance Handyman with PPM experience
• Valid driving license
• Good customer care skills

On offer is a competitive salary of £27,000, depending on experience. Overtime and on-call duties are available, along with opportunities for career progression.
