Responsibilities

• Ensure environment is safe, welcoming, clean, hygienic, and in good repair for students.
• Provide high standards of record keeping and reporting related to the site.
• Undertake regular inspections and address substandard contractor works.
• Ensure compliance with current national regulations and inspection standards for the site.
• Manage your maintenance workload and timelines.
• Liaise with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger projects.
• Identify facility projects to improve image, functionality or educational efficiency.
• Ensure project areas are left in good condition after work and contractors.
• Oversee grounds upkeep.
