Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a Grounds Maintenance operative to maintain communal green spaces, engage with residents, and operate equipment with training provided. You will travel across the Northfield/Bromsgrove area, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Applicants will need a UK driving licence (van sharing in most cases) and a Basic DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone.
• Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service.
• Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided).
• Travelling across the Northfield/Bromsgrove area, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments.
