McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll support day-to-day upkeep and collaborate with managers and contractors to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.

No prior maintenance experience is required, as full training will be provided. You’ll work across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to ensure high cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking to ensure a safe welcoming environment for customers and crew.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support restaurant operations by keeping equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
