McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support day-to-day upkeep of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality across interior and exterior areas. You will work across shifts, collaborating with the management team and external contractors to keep operations running smoothly and provide a great customer experience.

No experience is required as full training will be provided, with opportunities to grow while delivering high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Confident and professional when working with internal teams and external service providers.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting the restaurant interior and exterior to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor non-electrical repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and crew.
• Organise, receive, and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs with minimal disruption.
• Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
• Work as a supportive team member and contribute to a positive environment.
