Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is looking for a Maintenance person to join our fast‑moving, high energy team. You will help keep the restaurant and its surroundings in prime condition, working across early mornings and weekends as needed.

You will be responsible for maintaining outdoor landscaping, painting and varnishing, and handling non-electrical repairs. You will collaborate with the restaurant team and external contractors to ensure quality, cleanliness, and minimal disruption for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outside landscaping and building areas to keep the restaurant site presentable (landscaping, painting and varnishing).
• Carry out non-electrical repairs and routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, including parking areas.
• Liaise with external contractors, schedule tasks, and ensure repairs are completed with minimal disruption to customers.
