Guardian Jobs is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Assistant for a college environment. You will work under the guidance of the Facilities Manager to provide a high quality, customer-focused service aimed at maintaining a clean, orderly environment and ensuring safety for staff and students on site.

The role emphasises a proactive approach to day-to-day appearance, safety procedures, and basic emergency first aid support as part of the Facilities and Maintenance Team.

Job description

The Facilities and Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a pro-active support service ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness throughout the College. The Team also ensures the safety and safeguarding of all staff and students on the site, including providing emergency first aid support.
As Maintenance & Facilities Assistant, you will work, under the guidance of the Facilities Manager to provide a high quality, customer focussed service in relation to both the day-to-day appearance of the environment and the safety of those on site.
