Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities and Maintenance Team. You will be part of a front-line service supporting day-to-day environment maintenance and the safety of staff and students on site.

Under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, you will ensure a high quality, customer-focused service, including emergency first aid support when needed and systems to maintain orderliness and a safe campus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under supervision to provide a high-quality customer-focused service.
• Commitment to safety and safeguarding on site, including first aid.
• Attention to day-to-day appearance and orderliness of the environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day appearance of the environment.
• Support safety and safeguarding of staff and students on site.
• Provide emergency first aid support as required.
