Job summary

ZF Group in United Kingdom seeks an experienced maintenance leader to manage technicians, planners, and MRO staff. You will develop preventive maintenance programs with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment uptime and safety, driving improvements across reliability and cost performance.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, and activities using SAP PM and Axalant, oversee spare parts, and ensure safety and ISO/IATF compliance.

Qualifications

Maintenance leadership and team coordination experience.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience with maintenance concepts and processes.
Ability to train others to repair production equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians, planners, and MRO personnel to improve reliability, safety, productivity, quality, and cost.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs with production, engineering, and OEM teams.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and maintenance activities using SAP PM and Axalant.
Drive asset care through lubrication management, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
Oversee spare parts inventory, warranty tracking, and maintenance resources.
Ensure safety, environmental, ISO/IATF compliance and 5S housekeeping.
Lead employee development through training, coaching, and performance management.
Communicate across shifts, support troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement.
