Job summary

Enva Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team in Colwick. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with production to minimize downtime while implementing upgrades for better efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, plus experience with CMMS and reading technical drawings. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering is expected, with certifications in maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the relevant industry.
Certifications in maintenance or safety (e.g., IOSH, Six Sigma) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and perform repairs.
Install new equipment and assist in upgrades to improve efficiency.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations; conduct risk assessments.
