Job summary

Broadwood Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer Team Leader to direct a small team of engineers at our long-established manufacturing site in the UK.

The role focuses on engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and a professional, proactive approach to drive transformation and growth. You will oversee planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance, ensure health and safety compliance, and report on engineering activities while maintaining high standards of performance

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team of 3 engineers
• Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
• Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
