Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer in Coventry. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance on bespoke machinery, focusing on mechanical upkeep, fault finding, and basic fabrication. The role offers progression in a supportive team.

The position is site-based in Coventry with 39-hour weeks, and a salary between £38,000 and £40,000 plus a bonus scheme, annual salary review and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship trained or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Mechanical maintenance experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, plus basic electrical fault finding.
• Able to read engineering drawings and carry out basic fabrication and welding.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, improvements and installations on site in Coventry.
• Mechanical maintenance with basic electrical fault finding, plus fabrication/engineering drawing work.
• Day shifts (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with occasional unusual hours/weekends.
