Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a UK-known engineering service provider in Reading, Berkshire. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs, and maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

The position features a 5am–2pm early shift, a salary of £38,000, and clear long-term progression within a first-class organisation that values health and safety and lean thinking.

Qualifications

• 17th/18th Edition is required.
• C&G in an engineering discipline is required.
• Experience in engineering maintenance or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• PPM and Reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and repairs.
• Maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and maintain all electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment or machinery.
• Promote lean thinking and strong health and safety standards across the site.
