Job summary

Kingspan Insulation are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Pembridge site in Herefordshire. You will work a 42-hour Panama shift, focusing on planned preventative maintenance and resolving quality issues using diagnostic skills.

Experience with electrical and mechanical fault finding, plus HC safety awareness, is essential. You will hand over to the incoming shift and contribute to continuous improvement and lean programs.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained with City & Guilds and NVQ in engineering or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Experience diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults; PLC is a plus.
• Ability to report findings and implement cost-effective repairs.
• Strong emphasis on planned and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on planned preventative maintenance and quality issues using diagnostic skills.
• Complete timely repairs and minimise line downtime.
• Prepare handovers ~15 minutes before shift transitions.
• Conduct RCA to identify fault down to component level.
