Luton Bennett is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a Basingstoke-based facility operating brand new equipment. The role focuses on both reactive and preventative maintenance on steam-operated laundry machinery, with a strong emphasis on PLC-driven controls.

The successful candidate will be multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias), join a small team, and benefit from ongoing training and development. Regular overtime opportunities exist as part of the days-based shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in any industry required.
• Multi-skilled with either mechanical or electrical bias.
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventative maintenance on laundry equipment.
• Oversee building problems when required.
