Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a large manufacturing site in Throckley. The role offers a base salary up to £51,000 plus a KPI bonus, and overtime at a premium, with paid training to become multi-skilled.

You will carry out planned maintenance, contribute to process improvements, and perform inspections on hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts and conveyors. Qualifications include Advanced Apprenticeship or Level 3 NVQ with BTEC Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical

Qualifications

• PPM and reactive maintenance on industrial plant and equipment.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Proven ability to contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned mechanical maintenance and repairs to keep factories in good order.
• Involve in ongoing process improvement across factories; develop new ideas and better solutions.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, inspections, service and repairs on hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyors.
